Flamethrower doesn't log

Bug Description:
There are no text or logs for flamethrowers.
Flamethrowers are currently the best griefing weapon, and can quickly stop a round.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Take a flamethrower.
2. Burn all a squad down, why not (Plz don't)
3. See that the admins have no way to see it beyond eyewitness and such.


PS: I got griefed that way, mods/admins couldn't fetch logs for proof, etc.
