Bug Description:
Some of the ahelps I've sent in the last 5 days have not been received by staff.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Ahelp once through an exhaustive report.
2. Ahelp agains to make sure the report has been received.
3. Compare results, as to see if either were received or not.

Ahelps aren't always received
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

Re: Ahelps aren't always received
I'd like to confirm that some of Sarah's ahelps not going through is an actual thing and not just staff disliking her, I had to check through the logs to see her ahelp
I was a Synth Councilmen, alongside Jakkk, MattAtlas, SovietKitty and Omicega.

Re: Ahelps aren't always received
Spam protection things can stop ahelps from appearing without telling any users. Do you think this is a possible cause? Also, to clarify, no staff whatsoever could see the ahelp or just El Defaultio?
Edit: Check that, it tells you if it auto-muted you. Still wanna know the answer to the second question though.
Edit 2: El Defaultio, when you checked the logs, how many non-afk admins did it say it was heard by if any?

I believe sometimes they don't appear for various users but I believe the audio cue still plays but it can be easy to miss. I do remember some ahelps don't appear in the unanswered ahelp section from time to time

There were TWO non afk admins who saw it, when I remember there being 5+ active staff members onMadSnailDisease wrote:Spam protection things can stop ahelps from appearing without telling any users. Re: Ahelps aren't always received
Sorry for late reply, was PMing with Spoony about it and I was busy doing some work / stuff.
Most of the events were spoken, but I also checked about replies and had received none.
Furthermore, my ahelps were quite big so perhaps it may be an issue with that as well.

Re: Ahelps aren't always received
Well it's one of two things. I'll investigate in later this evening and see what I can find/hand off the info since I'm out of town
