How does Xeno taste?

So on LV624 there is a meathook and a microwave.

I have since retired a character after they slew a xeno in personal combat, then cooked and ate it.

What are your RP thoughts on this? Disgust, contempt, mild arousal?

I always have fun with this, as I know a few recipes in the bastardized code that's our out-of-date baycode cooking.

Just for fun, here's 2 of the simple ones.

Place ayy on meathook/gibber. Hit with meat cleaver/turn on.

Burger- Take sack of flour, click on it with an egg. This gives you dough. Microwave the dough. This gives you a bun. Microwave the bun and any meat. Burger.

Steak- Microwave any meat, 1u salt, and 1u pepper. Steak.

Additionally, unless this was recently changed, they do NOT give you toxin damage as our cooking code is all sorts of borked.

You wouldn't taste much of anything. Xenomorphs are "hollow" as in, they wouldn't have meat to begin with, this is to allow them to grow at such a rapid rate. The taste would be awful since you SOMEHOW neutralized the acid, meaning you used the blood of a predator, so umm....

I imagine you could eat it raw like ceviche. First remove a chunk of meat from the exoskeleton, then dice it into about 1-inch cubes. Marinate in xeno blood combined with sugar to cure the meat, and also searing the outside of the flesh due to its corrosiveness making a sort of tataki. Leave for a few minutes to infuse it with that delicious citrus acid flavor. Meanwhile, make a broth out of the xeno shell, boiling over high heat with an open lid to make a reduction and mix it with the xeno chunks. Add cilantro, of course.

Now from there it would make a great taco filling, or you could go ahead and serve it in the shell with the reduction drizzled over it. Eat it and die.
