Check the previous appeal, wall-of-text there. I can copy-paste it if you'd like, but nothing about that has changed, though I can answer questions, obviously.

Only thing I want to note for the record is that in the next 16 days, I'll be changing my IP, computer, physical location, pretty much everything but my Byond ID and forum ID. I'm not ban evading, just moving and purchasing a new computer due to work.

The only problem with this ban is that Apop himself banned you, so he is the only one who can decide to unban you.

I ahelp, like I did last time, and I try not to misunderstand what the answering staff said...

Honestly if it gets that bad again, I'll just cryo. It's a bad outcome, but it's better than any of the others.

Your behavior was 100% unacceptable, especially since you are former staff. And your play wasn't just some "i'm upset so I shot him" thing. You spent a fair amount of time planning it out. Yes, the CMO was a bit of an ass with his orders and how he ran things but it was HIS MED BAY. You have to follow his orders, not kill him.

Your behavior was 100% unacceptable, especially since you are former staff. And your play wasn't just some "i'm upset so I shot him" thing. You spent a fair amount of time planning it out. Yes, the CMO was a bit of an ass with his orders and how he ran things but it was HIS MED BAY. You have to follow his orders, not kill him.

There's nothing more I can say on this, as we're going over the same ground over and over again. There was an IC issue, I ahelped, misunderstood what I was allowed to do, and took action. I thought I had permission to do it, which is the only reason I did what I did.

I don't lie about anything, and I did the best to clarify why I did what I did. Would it have been better if I HAD randomly shot him, and it had just been routine grief? I do my best to avoid hurting people, and if I do so, it WILL be a thought-out decision, after talking to staff, with all that implies. As far back as I can remember, as well as looking at my notes, this is the only time I've ever intentionally hurt another allied player on this server, and I haven't played on others in quite a while.

When you PMed the admin in your previous appeal, he told you to resolve it ICly. He nowhere said to straight murder a dude with QC. I'm very unsure how that can be misconstrued.

It's still very disappointing that former staff would do something so shitty as to try and take someone out of the round like this to bypass the "no killing".

There are not words to explain my level of disappointment.
