Reduce Warding pheromones effectiveness

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): By Mature Praetorian/Elite Queen, the warding becomes completely insane, able to survive about 6 nades with barely losing health, surviving batshit insane amount of shots from even AP rounds by 5 marines, and smart-gunners, SADAR becomes nearly pointless to use even for a stun and there is almost no way to fight them to murder, even blocking is uneffective

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Reduce pheromones protection against damage a bit, having mini-crushers running around is awful, and a mature crusher with warding pheromones is just a demi-god, aliens never should be so tanky to the point its almost impossible to win or enjoy the round if the aliens are even 10% competent

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): By Young, they are typically acceptable, gives preety good defense but not excessive, Mature becomes super strong to the point a queen can preety much walk over to the FOB, slash a barricade for 10 seconds and go back to the hive with still more than 70% health left, after that i am preety sure even PMC's can barely harm them once they reach Elite

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Reduce its effectiveness, its too unbalanced, mature is almost always reached by the time marines land and is one of the reasons why aliens make rounds so unfun right now when all the guns you fire do holdout pistol or less damage to them

So basically, you just want to have warding pheromones have reduced effectiveness for explosive based damage? That's reasonable. +1

On a side note; PMC weapons are much stronger than their regular variants, and they are loaded with armor piercing rounds. It's very unlikely you'll be able to survive an onslaught of PMCs with warding pheromones only, you'd need much more than simple defense.
You will never be as bad as the baldie who picked up a tactical shotgun while a hunter was pouncing on top of a CMO for 4 seconds, with his only response being to pace around before being decap'd by said hunter.
