Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): As stated by the title, remove the aggressive grab delay that is currently present.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): The removal of the delay would allow for more effective rescue attempts for Marines instead of risking killing either themselves or the person they are rescuing by dragging them with a passive grab. This is also a tad more realistic as it does not take 3 seconds for a person to aggressively grab something in a civilian situation, let alone in combat.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): A near instantaneous aggressive grab if the grab icon is clicked a second time, for the sake of balance I am not recommending this be implemented into aggressive to neck grab.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): reduction of the delay to 0.2-0.5 seconds.
