Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc):I admit, i was wrong in disobeying the queens orders, i just thought i had a plan, and that if i went through with it, id be benfiting the hive. I would like a second chance. Not being able to join as aliens, hinders my rounds. And i only wish for a second chance.

You have not completely understood the reasons for your infraction at all.

When attempting to hitch a ride on a Dropship as an Alien without your Queen before the Colony evacuation, you are committing meta-gamming, therefore your plan is in other words not allowed.
About your notes, they are in an average amount. I'd say you need to start improving before they get worse.
