Bug Description: When you grab something, you have the permission to upgrade it. This is an item aparently. If you use it on a hugger, it kills it.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Pull something as a xeno
2. Click on a hugger with your used up hand
3. Hugger is kill
Huggers can be killed with the grab tooltip
