Bug Description:
If someone is Alien job-banned, even if on preferences is selected: "Return to lobby if job is unavailable" or "Be marine if job is unavailable" he/she will spawn like larva if there's no free slot on the chosen preference.
Steps to reproduce:
1. be or not be alien banned
2. select "return to lobby", "be marine" or "get random job" on preferences
3. you will always still spawning like Alien larva if there's no free slot on preference chosen
