Add Medic Armor to Medic Prep Lockers/Unhacked Medic Prep Vendors

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): The title says it all: add the medic armor to the Medic Prep locker or unhacked medic prep vendors. It is a purely visual change as the medic armor has the exact same stats as the standard marine armor IIRC. For those unaware, this piece of equipment can be received by hacking the medic prep vendor, which is rarely ever done.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Will prevent Squad Engineers from doing some arbitrary hacking in order to receive an equally arbitrary piece of equipment. In addition, it is a nice looking sprite that would love to see the light of day more often.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Either replacing the standard armor with the medic armor in lockers, or placing them into an unhacked medivendor slot will work.

Quick update: I must have remembered wrong or have been drunk out of my fucking mind, because there is no unique medic armor in the hacked vendors. Not entirely sure how I came to that conclusion, but I don't intend to steal Biolocks donor gear like that in suggestions, no matter if he's cool with it or not. To place it on record, I had absolutely no idea that this was Biolocks unique armor until he commented on this thread. Sorry, my man.
