Bug Description:
Once a Marine has been in a stasis bag they are unable to be revived if they die. They nearly immediately get a "Skull" after expiring.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Put wounded in stasis bag.
2. Open stasis bag, patient dies.
3. Can't revive them.

Did you make sure to stabilize your patient before using the stasis bag? If he isn't stable, he can die inside the stasis bag (due to extreme blood-loss), and his defib timer will still keep counting down till he becomes braindead.

A patient died shortly after exiting the stasis bag. The bar was still black from recent death. The health scanner revealed "Improper cloning" as I went to begin stabilizing/Etc. The bar then changed to a "skull".
