Bug Description: Headset the Freelancer Mercs get doesn't work on the Almayer.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Become a Freelancer Merc.
2. Be on the Almayer.
3. Attempt to use your headset and see that it does not work on the Almayer but will planet-side.
Note : May be due to the player being made a Freelancer Merc from originally being a survivor due to admins.

Same with the Dutch's channel. Tested it today, works on the ship on the way to the Almayer, not on the Almayer, and works planetside. Strange shit.
