Pretty much said it all in the previous appeal. Its been almost a month, I've played quite a bit without "rage quitting." I didn't know that straight ghosting was against the rules as I have never done it. (Yes I have read the rules) To my memory this was the only time I've "rage quit" and I don't intend to do it again. I'd like the opportunity to play squad medic again, its a role I enjoy and I feel I am pretty good at it, though I can't do more than like one round of it because its quite stressful. Anyway, I hope this was long enough to wait. If not please don't hold it against me as a time frame wasn't specified in the original denied appeal. Thanks for reading.

In addition to all the notes previously noted in the last appeal, received one more on the same day said notes were gathered:

If I remember this one correctly I was actually on at the time and recall that you were repeatedly egging a new player on in LOOC saying that we approved a mutiny when we did not. There was no good reason to believe that we had and as far as I remember you didn't get this idea from someone else.

Hesitant about recommending he be given a chance as accumulating two notes when you've an active appeal does not shine very well.

Ok here's what happened. I saw this guy running around holding a pistol. An MP was talking to someone about something unrelated. He paused and looked at the MP with his gun in his hand for a lingering moment. I came up to him and whispered.
I'm paraphrasing this all. I said something like "Look at that unarmored head" "Just do it" "You know you want to" He said "I really do want to." "But I shouldn't" I said something else encouraging IC, while the MP walked away. Then he said in LOOC "Wait, did admins approve mutiny?" I said "Yeah bro totally, you can trust me, just shoot him." Then he walked over to the RO line where people were getting their attachments in an orderly and calm manner. "That one?" he whispered. "Yeah just shoot him." Then he shot him. Massive shoot out is an overstatement, I think maybe 2-3 other people fired a couple of rounds. It was over really quickly, like 10-15 seconds.

He was the one who brought up mutiny.

Yes I encouraged him. Yes I shouldn't have. He was already thinking about it in the hallway, though, I could tell. Thats why I said something. I didn't think he'd actually do it.

Someone who knows admins have to approve mutiny should know better. There was nothing happening IC to suggest a mutiny was taking place. You said it yourself, there was no good reason to believe that there was.

Mind if I ask what the other note was?

Saying that he was already thinking about it it a pretty blatant lie when you egged him on from the start.
