Can't cut the wires of cameras

Bug Description:
I can't seem to be able to cut the wires of cameras after opening the panel. in this instance, it was the upstairs engineering lobby camera.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to upstairs engineering camera, south wall of armory
2.open panel with screwdriver
3.try cutting the wires while holding a wirecutter in active hand.

Update: Even the close button in the bottom doesn't work.

Only occurs with the cameras that are on the wall's tile codewise, instead of being on the floor next to the wall and offset.
