Description of the incident: Round Starts, assigned as Alpha Marine. Going about securing the nexus as ordered. SL had gifted me a flamer, which I had previously used to clear some weeds. While everything is being fortified, Adan (A delta marine) starts fucking with one of Alpha's engineers. Since it's gotten physical, and he's literally picking up items and smacking him with them, alongside disarm spam, I set the flamer down and disarm him once to intervene. It pushes him over. I try to agrrresive grab him to toss him out into the hallway and deliver a line about giving him the boot, but he recovers and shoves me in kind. He then proceeds to pick up my flamer and try to run away with it. Not wanting him to run off with my kit, I chase him, so he whirls around and blasts me in the face with it. This causes me to be burned to a crisp, and unable to be revived.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): Server should have a concise log, more detailed then the output of the chat log on my end.

How you would punish the accused: I don't fucking know. In my experience he's a habitual shitler, constantly behaving more like a small child then a marine. If he's not disarm spamming other marines, he's up to some childish and stupid antics.

Me and Jones were messing around, pushing eachother over like normal shit-marines. We BOTH were hitting eachother with items, that you missed. Soon Duncan joined in and began pushing me too, so I began pushing him. I ran over, picked up a flamer I found, ignited it, and I admit it was pretty fucking shitty that I clicked. He got torched, and I ran over and began patting him to try to put him out, but he wouldn't resist while me and I believe another marine kept telling him to do, but he just stood there in the middle of the flames, unmoving.

I admit I was in fault at this point, and I will take punishment for torching him.
