Do you understand that any player - even donors or staff members - can have their whitelist status revoked should they break our Server Rules or Roleplay Guidelines?
Yes.
Why should you be whitelisted?
It would be easy to refer to the past two Commander Applications, one of which was accepted and the other which was denied on a clerical error, as to the reasons why I would do well in the role of Commander. It would be easier to point out that I wasn't removed from the Commander Whitelist for doing something wrong as a Commander; I was removed from the Whitelist due to mistakes made as an Admin. It is easiest to point out that I have played this role before, for over a year, was accepted once before for my conduct as a Commander, and have played the role well for many to see.
I'm gonna continue to give you the Commander you likely need. If Marines hate that Command is in a never-ending circle jerk up in the CIC while they're getting murdered down in Big Red, I'm gonna be the one not just listening in on every channel but actually delegating. I've proven time and time again I can coordinate squads and actually talk to the people on the ground instead of playing distant. I'll actually roleplay with marines on the ground instead of only the on-board crew.
Better than that, if you're looking for those sweet RP, I'm playing a CO that could actually exist. I enjoy and tolerate the gung ho, cursing left and right during brief, probably thirteen years old CO just as much as the next guy, but if you're looking for someone who's actually going to play the role with a degree of realism, look no further. I'll offer a consistent, believable Commander who avoids the meta-game and reacts to situations on the ground organically and uniquely each time. I know rounds drag on and can become repetitive, and so to the best of my ability, I'll try to shake things up a bit each time.
And finally, just an appeal to reason: I shouldn't have been removed in the first place. I played this role very well and while I failed in my duties as an Admin for a brief moment, I never failed as a member of the community, and the events of my removal didn't correlate to the responsibilities of the CO Whitelist. I have gone through the proper channels, waited quietly and patiently, and with the permission of the Staff and the confidence of the community after this vote, I would like to play Commander again.
Thank you.
