Bug Description:
The upper deck Almayer port reactor powernet for the input and output of the SMES is somehow being built improperly. The input is recieving charge from the output and thereby causing weird things to happen
Steps to reproduce:
1.Turn on charging on top deck SMES and output to max
2.Watch the right one not charge as the reactors arent on and watch the left charge due to the SMES outputting power to it
3.Watch power slowly fade as the power is slowly taken by the APC's
This has been confirmed that its just the left SMES input line causing the bug somehow due to the wiring overlapping with the main power net. (As in crossing over no actual connections occur)

Re: Almayer Upper deck powernet weirdness
Found the issue. It's due to a persisting bug that we had all along,
Wireless power transmission bug: viewtopic.php?f=140&t=10943&p=147432#p147432.
All the wires leading to the left most SMES are 'wirelessly' connected to the main powergrid.
You can replicate by cutting all the cables down and notice that the cables remain powered.

Re: Almayer Upper deck powernet weirdness
i belive this isnt the case for the lower deck, as when building something in the armour storage room that needed wires, it wasnt powered until i connected it to the main grid.
