Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Well I just was wondering why our sidearms are 9mm? Don't MARINES use 45, and have stuck with the 45 even to this day? To be true Marines I feel like we NEED to have our sidearms chambered in 45. Yes the Marine Operators use 9mm handguns, but the groundpounders are still shipping out with the trusty 45. You'll still see Marine Officers and Enlisted alike still carrying the trusted 1911 Colt chambered in 45.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Not only will it add Realism and flavor, but it will turn the Sidearm into something actually useful. The 9mm plinker isn't scaring anyone. Its more of a cosmetic Item then anything. Changing the Sidearm to 45. will give it some balls.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Lower the Clip size and increase damage. Have it make Runners think twice about that one-armed marine.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
As stated above, lower the clip size (because of the bigger bullets) and increase the damage (Good ole 45. stopping power baby!)

There's been discussion of this in the past, but we aren't sure if we are going to do it or not and it's 100% not a priority ATM.
So I'm, locking this for now.
