I am opening events BACK UP, under the following conditions:
1. The primary host of the event must be an ADMIN (full admin, not trialmin, moderator, or trialmid)
2. NOONE is permitted to give the "god" tag
3. Keep shenanigans to a MINIMUM.
4. A vote, describing the event, must be done BEFORE the event begins
5. Event information MUST be placed into the custom event verb, so people can see it when joining.
I'm going to post a list of the "Approved" events, and how to run them, in announcements.
