Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): Well I've waited a little bit more, previous one was denied due to attempting to evade the ban so I figure I'd wait a bit and try again. I do have a new IP however as I'v'e switched providers. I'm now on a neat Sky Fibre connection so please take that into account if you notice a difference in IP.

As for why I was originally banned I stupidly back in February decided to fire my Pulse Rifle's nade into a friendly, wounding him and ruining the game for all. It was just plain stupid, all I ask for again is the chance to actually play. Properly. This time with nothing but patience and regret. Cheers.

It's been a month now since my last one was denied by Apophis on the 4th of June. Surely you won't disregard me completely over half a day too early. Ignorance is not an excuse I know. Not to disregard you either slc, you want a reason why you should let me back on, no problem. My main reason is my actual interest. A genuine keenness to give it a proper go, I've watched people play it. Read up on it and I just want to show the team I can be trusted to not do something absolutely stupid again. Given the chance I'd make excellent facehugger food. Rule abiding and all.

You have a pretty bad note history of constantly griefing people, especially through ways that make them unrevivable. On top of that, you admit yourself you've tried to evade.

Look at those dates. That's near enough a year ago. I do feel remorse and I admit it's hard to look at everything I've done and be hopeful but I remain so. Ain't gonna cry that I'm a changed man but I know well enough not to break the rules again. As for February. just another stupid act. You lot give me the chance I know for a fact I can be a worthwhile addition to the server. That's the reason I'm making a third one. I'm serious about playing. Seriously. I wouldn't throw the chance away. As for evading, ain't touched BYOND since then. I know fine well it doesn't work, so why even bother. If you see a new IP on the forums, that's just because I've got myself Fibre now.

Considering your notes I absolutely do not want to see you unbanned. More people intentionally killing friendlies is the last thing we need.

Those notes may be old-ish, but they are almost all the same thing over a long span of time. The time between the notes may be large, but if you literally grief in the same way over and over again what tells us you won't immediately grief again? If you don't learn after 3 times you shouldn't grief, why would you know now?

probation, most of his notes are from a 3 day period, and after that there wasnt another incident till feb, assuming you were active between those 2 dates.

Given that he tried to evade the ban, and his notes are simply horrendous, I don't think he should be unbanned. He had his chance with the last appeal and he blew it by trying to evade.

My question is whether you've played on any other servers since you've been banned here?
If so, did you follow their rules or have you been continuing similar behavior elsewhere since you couldn't get in here? If not, how can we see some shred of credibility to your appeal other then some time has passed on a permanentban?

I mean if there were staff heads or something from another server saying "oh hey this guy has been a model citizen" I'd be much more inclined to say "hey he's been gone a while, give him a chance" instead of the feeling I'm currently sat with of "this guy's just trying to start more shit" after seeing this in your previous appeal:

DENIED. You attempted to evade a bunch of times with different names, CIDs, and IPs.

I could accept a new ip or cid with a new ISP, I don't know enough about networking to make a guess on if that's true or not. But that you tried with different names tells me you were actively trying to get around the ban - which as I understand is something that generally lands people in the position you're currently in on it's own merit.

After asking around on multiple servers about the currently opinions on you, I was able to dig up that on Paradise (A server you say you "currently" play on) you are currently PERMABANNED for attempted ban evasion and multiple other reasons.
