Player notes:

Code: Select all

As CO, because there was no MP on board. Decided instead of holding a criminal, to cut his legs off. Was warned about escalations since this is his only note. by () on Sun, August 28th of 2016

Super fucking toxic in the deadchat. Muted him temporarily. by () on Sun, September 11th of 2016

As a squad marine, pulled a wounded marine (He thought he was Grabbing) from the (vulnerable?) Cafeteria towards the Rasputin. A medic and a couple others gave chase; one bashed Recounted so he bashed back and apparently attempted to fire, leading to Recounted's death. I warned him to be more careful about pulling vs dragging in the future. by () on Tue, September 27th of 2016

warned for IC in OOC by () on Fri, September 30th of 2016

Banned by |Duration: 180 minutes|Reason: Was FFed, believed it to be intentional and proceeded to beat the one who FFed him with a shotgun 8 times, very nearly killing the person. Warned about escalation. by () on Wed, November 30th of 2016

Banned by |Duration: 4310 minutes|Reason: Failing to restrain oneself during a mutiny - Player report found here: http://cm-ss13.com/viewtopic.php?f=63&t=10099&p=106911#p106911 by () on Thu, December 8th of 2016

Banned from Squad Medic - Went SSD upon roundstart. by () on Sat, December 24th of 2016 Remove

Warned for planting explosives on the Sulaco before deployment. by () on Sun, January 1st of 2017

Warned for randomly fighting with marines again. Next time, 3 day banm by () on Fri, January 13th of 2017

Warned for melting into a spaceship hull that leads into space during Sulaco invasion as the queen. Claims that he thought it led to Delta prep (South of central ladders) by () on Sat, March 11th of 2017

Warned for having an all access ID card as XO, he wasn't using it and just left it in his room, as squad changes require a commander's ID he claimed to be using it for that. Ban if this happens again. by () on Sun, March 19th of 2017

Banned from Commander, Executive Officer, Bridge Officer, Pilot Officer, Military Police, Corporate Liaison, Requisitions Officer, Chief Engineer, Chief Medical Officer - Pasting the navy seal copypasta into a Command announcement at the very beginning of the round, on the same day as another infraction as the same rank. by adminbot () on Sun, March 19th of 2017 Remove

Released superheated phoron into engineering killing most of the xenos and super heating the engine room, there were 11 marines alive at the time... and he was a medic, HEAVILY warned by () on Wed, March 22nd of 2017

Banned from Staff Officer - Updating Ban. by Adminbot (Friendly Robot) on Sat, June 24th of 2017 Remove

Banned from Chief MP - Updating Ban by Adminbot (Friendly Robot) on Sat, June 24th of 2017 Remove
Notes since last appeal:

Code: Select all

Banned from Staff Officer - Updating Ban. by Adminbot (Friendly Robot) on Sat, June 24th of 2017 Remove

Banned from Chief MP - Updating Ban by Adminbot (Friendly Robot) on Sat, June 24th of 2017 Remove
Not technically warning or punishment notes - just spreading the command ban from March since CMP and "Staff" Officer did not exist when the initial one was made. Thus, his last infraction was on March.

I'd give some consideration into an unban.

As a character witness of Ray Dubi, I do not believe he can handle the maturity of Command roles.

When I was XO, I was interrupted from writing a briefing about CLF in the sector with "GIVE ME CHARGER OR RIOT". I tell MP's to arrest him, and make a general announcement on Command announcement about it to both shame him and also inspire marines to not act childishly (this literally happened like 5 mins into the round).

Then I hear Ray Dubi threatening MP's with buckshot shotgun if they enter the prep he's hiding in... followed with a MP later saying that "I was aimed at by Ray Dubi with a shotgun".

MaskedMan can confirm this as I ahelped about possibly executing them, as they were acting completely out of line of a normal marine would be right at round start, but because the crimes didn't go up enough to warrant it (and CMP wasn't cooperating with me) I let it go.

Command roles require a lot more roleplay, and doing things like this... really do not paint a good picture about the type of person you would be if you went Command.

Actually I was just bullshitting around with the charger or riot thing I was saying.I already got the attachments from ro I so just shouted that out and went about getting prepped up,BUT then you made a unnecessary announcement to have me arrested for simply shouting about attachments. Im not sure why you did that but whatever I got arrested anyway and served the time with no further problems. It wouldn't have been made such a big of a deal than you made it out to be you told the Mps to get me arrested over MP radio. To me it sounded like I was gonna get permabrig just for shouting over a attachment.

(alright re read Swagile comment he did make the announcement to shame me and humiliate but I still stand that it was unneccesary and he could have not made the situation sound more dangerous than it could have been)
