There's no logins from the CID that got you ip banned, so the only link there is to the CID that got you banned is the IP, so if you bought this computer off this guy who is banned, why do you share the same ip?

Well your wording doesn't seem like he was your brother, you can imagine why this is suspicious, also, you haven't tried to log in a single time with this new CKey of yours, so how did you know you were banned? Also SS13 isn't massive with the 12 year old crowd
