Character background (A very BRIEF description of your predators background): Yeyin Thwei, a young blood known for his knowledge, was thinking one day. His time to become blooded was soon, and he was planning on bringing the combi-stick and the wrist blades, thinking it would have been easy. No, he was wrong. He trained every day, but had numerous problems. His hearing was bad, he could only hear things that would be in a close area to him. Though, maybe he had bad hearing, his sight was average for a Yaujta but nothing above. He thinks constantly of how he might fail, and how he might win in a fight. Thinking was not everything though, he never thought of what it would have been like. Do not, under estimate him. Yeyin Thwei was able to attack with strength and pride, according to his training.

Days went by, he kept training and hoping that he would become stronger... but did not know how it would end in the end. He went from his sandstone village, ready to become blooded. The statues of his fellow kind gleamed at him, and he knew, he would make them proud. Hunting for anything he could, Yeyin Thwei set off, and ran as fast as he could. Hearing only gusts of wind whooshing past him. He stopped, exhausted and fully pushed himself to his limit. Breathing hard, he looked around for a place to rest, and sat down. Thinking once again... hoping that he would encounter prey worthy of his fellow Yaujta to be proud of. Taking the combi-stick and the wristblades, he knew that he would be able to fight with an advantage. Hearing only the wind howling in the night sky, he got up, stretching wide and hoping that his thoughts would not elude hi- all of the sudden he heard footsteps stomping, close behind him. His leg was cut, and he roared with fear and pain. Not only this, anger struck him with him being so foolish as to not be aware enough! He turned around, seeing a black serpent, with sharp razor claws, standing on two legs beaming up at him. The serpent was smaller by his side, but before he could examine more, he slashed out his wrist blades and thrusted them at the serpents chest. Acid blood shot out onto his hands and arms, sizzling his skin. Once again he roared with pain, and anger this time.

He quickly pulled out the blades before more of the blood got onto him, and in pain, he saw his skin being sizzled. He looked up again, to see that the serpent was injured, but about to strike again. Yeyin Thwei quickly took out his combi-stick and just as the serpent thrusted his body at him, claws first, he threw it. Threw it just into the neck, letting it pierce right through. The black serpent fell onto Yeyin Thwei, lifeless but still tackling him. Quickly he pushed off the serpent, once again, getting burnt by the blood. If only he had dodged the attack...

He got up, seeing the combi-stick melting by the acidic blood, and his armor was almost about the same. Burn marks scattered his body, and still in pain, he bent down, taking the almost completely broken in half combi-stick out of the serpents neck. Skinning the serpent with the slightly damaged wrist blades, he with pride took the serpent back to his village, as a trophy. Beat up, he felt honor in his body, happy that he encountered it, and knew that he would learn more... in the near future.


How do you intend to play your predator (as in, describe HOW you will act/play your predator. This will weigh HEAVILY and frequently breaking from this MAY result in removal)?

I notice that predator is a very important role to use. It can ruin or make rounds fun, or just barely exist in the long run. This is not about just building a lodge and camping out, waiting for someone to attack to only kill everything around. I intend to aim for both marines and serpents, and kill those who attack and disrupt. I plan on using traps, but not in combat situations. I will wait for humans and serpents, instead of going head first, and plan to continue with the bad hearing trait, along with just average sight. I want to have plenty of honor duels, and not use the plasma guns until needed, but even then, in a honorful way.

Why should we whitelist you?
I have been here for 6-7 months now. I saw what preds act like, and know that the rounds can become funner if used correctly. I learned from my last pred app, that was denied. As feweh said "You are not ready yet" I think I am ready now. I have studied the honor codes, and made sure that the lore would be all correct with everything I would do.

Only yog, because a toxins bomb went off in my bag, and apparently I set it off without even having a signaller on me. So that was fun. (Perma ban)

There are some errors associated with the morphological structure of the story that you presented in your application, but I do not intend to judge it because of this since my English is not the best either. Anyway, it's very easy to get confused when reading it. Again, the structure of this text may compromise your chances of being on the whitelist.

The way you want to play is generic. We want something new and innovative, something that only characterizes your predator. What you did was write what all the players on the whitelist do. Basically, this section of your application is incomplete.

When Feweh said that you were not ready, I believe he meant that you do not yet have maturity recognized in our community. Knowledge about Predators is not completely necessary, but rather optional. The only requirement related to the lore we need is that you know, and will follow the code of honor.

After recapitulating your application, I believe you are not yet ready to enter the whitelist. Good luck.

I looked at that too, but the only person that I found that was named Brave Blood was Jay, who was named "Forest Brave Blood" and not "Brave Blood". I'll ask him though, but the second is "Brave Moon" so... are you referring to Jay?

While I have met Max Terry, I haven't really interacted with said character. While your play style resembles the generic approach most predators take, that isn't necessarily a bad thing. The generic play style is generic, because that is what has gotten Predators consistent results.

Your backstory is satisfyingly brief, but not to the point it feels short. However, I'm left wanting to know a bit more about your Predator aside from his struggle in the trial. When I finished reading your story, here's a few personality traits that came to mind.

-Doubtful: You doubt your capabilities as a hunter, this causes you to hesitate and underestimate your abilities; or over estimate your opponents. However, this means that you would find worthy prey more easily since your standards aren't as high as more vicious and confident hunters.

-Diligent: Day, in, day out, you train rigorously in hopes of improving your skills. Giving you a firm understanding of the basics of hunting, and when you confront your prey, it is merely another exercise to further hone your skills. There can be no room for error however, because in a real fight, an error can easily lead to death or dishonor.

Strange, I have never met you before either. But yes, I understand why you could want more. I did not want to make my pred into a pred that had a lot of troubles where he would be... well... disabled, but I did not want him to have god like powers, of course. I would not say that my pred will be diligent, but it is what he wants to be. He is more doubtful, but wants to become diligent some day... this causes him to make mistakes, but still a good fighter.

I've really never heard of or seen your character in game, so I don't know how you play ICly. You're relatively new to the server, but I have seen you around the forums and discord. New? Assuming you mean the age of my forums account, I was here for for about 6-7 months now, and at that, almost been here every day at least to play a round or two. I would say around the middle age of the sulaco... sorta. Don't let my forums age fool you. "Play a bit more" once again, I am on almost every day... otherwise I would not be making the pred app. But yes, about the criticism to my app, I agree it is a bit brief and how I intend to play my pred is a bit brief. I basically want to be an honorful pred, that may not be the best at combat, and thinks about almost his every move. (No traps in combat too, because my pred this it is not very honorful)

Mhmm, yes. I see what you mean. Now, Bill Carson actually gave me an idea one time, he wanted me to actually re-design the CIC when I was the XO and he was the CO. Now, I have stopped that, but at the time I had a full squad of SOs and one extra, and even then I was still overwatching whilst the single MT did the work. I also would not take pride in calling it a man cave, but... I did like the vending machines for the SOs to eat with, and all I did otherwise was move a table up a bit because fuck I love things perfect. As for the Bill Carson V2, as I have stated in other apps, it is to go along with the time that I was the only one to evac the planet alive, and one of the 4 to actually evac the Almayer. I have then been known as Bill Carson V2 for a few days, and on Snypes stream apparently I am more Bill Carson than Bill Carson?

I can see why you do think I am not mature enough, but I am past the time where I think re-designing the CIC is right, even though I never really thought it was, and I still hesitate to even call myself Bill Carson V2, and it is not something I am trying to "Boast" about or "Shove in your face" if you got that type of feel going. I can assure you, even though I had some jokey moments as Max Terry, I am fully serious when the time is needed. I know this is not a role to even slightly joke about, and that is why I am applying. The only problem people are really saying is that I am not mature enough, but... I cannot promise you more, I am capable of handling this role, knowing the even the most hard difficulties about it.

The response to this application has been mixed, and mostly neutral, disregarding the above +1 without reason behind it.

This should not be.
The story is poor. Even when not mentioning grammar problems, it's short, and you make him seem like an idiot. Yes, you took my advice about making your predator less superpowered, but you went a LITTLE EENSY BIT too far, when the idiot, on a HUNT, decides to sit down and think about his life so far, ON THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT AND DEADLY HUNT OF HIS LIFE. You also say he has damaged hearing. How did he get it? When? Is it not being assisted by his mask? Because of his idiocy, he gets jumped by a Xeno, as should be expected. He survives, turns around, sees it...Beaming, at him? Are you sure you're using the right word? Anyways, he bends it over and violently breaks every bone in its body because protagonistpred despite all of his faults and apparent mental ineptitude he is protagonistpred. You also messed up which weapon is acidproof, which if it was a little known fact, I wouldn't have nagged on, but this is one of the first things you learn about Youngbloods.

How you intend to play your predator is NOT about parroting what every pred does. It's about having your own quirk. It doesn't have to be completely unique, but there has to be something, and you failed with this. I don't like nagging on this a lot, because I myself had a shitty answer to this section, but it's still applicable.

Look, I don't think you should be whitelisted. You've been here for a few months, sure, but you don't seem to be capable of making a good app and refused to do basic research, evidenced by the acidproofing issue.

Hey, at least it was not completely snowflakey this time. Now, about the acid part... I made a simple mistake that I did not notice until afterwards. I did do the research but closed the wiki when I was soon to be done, and switched up the two. I did not notice until someone told me... but I did not want to make him exactly an idiot, I meant to make it show that he thought about every move he would make, and make it so that he would take things slower rather than just charging head first into combat. The beaming part, I meant to make it so that the serpent was staring up, because I doubt that the fucking serpent would be staring out into the sky... and instead looking at it's "Prey". Neutrals are because I put a joke in my desc and for one, decided to test something new and experiment with my playstyle.

But hey, at least it is not completely raw!
