Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I was on the ship, ready to go down. Dude tried to steal the PO's ID so he was fighting him, I threw a knife Near Him, not at him, to stop the fight, then sat down. He then came up to me and broke my chest with said knife, and I defended myself. He then shot me with a shotgun, and I was banned. I replied to lethal force with lethal force, and since this was a infection game-mode no a-help was there ect. Time was 23:50 UST+1

I am a witness to this, as i was the PO right beside them as they did it. So i'm on the shuttle going down because i gotta defend the drop ship, so i'm down there and the above poster throws a knife at a marine, i order him to stop. Then, the other marine picks up the knife and wound's the above poster, pretty badly. He then fires a shotgun into his hand. This was during a event, so a 3 day ban for the both of them. There was no RP before this so they both were wrong to attack each other. Pretty open and shut case here.

yea that's fine, I don't really mind about the ban, the thing I care about is this being on my 'notes' and eventually adding up to a perma ban if something like this happens again and they see I've done it before, since 'throwing knives into marines' sounds pretty fucking bad, could easily work up to a permanent ban even if it's just a miss-understanding.
And the ban length is a week long, not 3 days

I've certainly matured since then, including the '4 part story of shitting on a marines face' and also informing you I like xeno conga lines. I will stop shifting between accounts, I always thought notes where IP related and carried over. Including a lot of these being over a year old, but thanks for informing me of this. Sorry, wont happen again, I actually really enjoy CM and have played since the time of when there was a science outpost on the Old Old map, always basing in viro or xeno-biology. Fun times

Also, the ban on Yog was actually appealed since the admin didn't A-help me or check anything before, he just banned me with no bwoink ect so I got it removed due to how it was self defence, and now play Yog regularly. The dead roles are really fun

fair enough, I have admitted to it, and I haven't done it to bypass job bans or anything since I'm not even white-listed for the commander role, the only one i've been banned on in all of my few accounts. Plus, would all of them together constitute a ban since they're all over literally years? I've certainly matured since then, I am sorry for it I only did it since the majority of all my other usernames where trash. Voldewart, seriously. Harry potter phase didn't last long and didn't go well. Would you be happy with just putting all the notes on Lucifers Son account and 'ban if he literally even sneezes in a person of powers direction'. I've also never disrespected mods, other than shitting up dsay a year ago, because that place really can't get any worse. I usually play xeno anyway, or a medic. I'd be happy to be on my best behavior for the foreseeable future, and I never multi-keyed with the intent to actually break the rules

Alright, you're brushing on it, but the whole hearted problem is the multikeying portion. To put it simply, you could have no notes and have been playing on the but for a full year, but the minute we discover you have two accounts that you use to play on the server, it becomes one of the most bannable offenses you can commit. At this point, you need to explain why you think that your instances of multikeying are undeserving of a ban. That is what the staff, and most importantly right now, feweh is looking for.
