During my time away from this server, I spent in university, recently graduating with an honours degree. This time away gave me a lot of time to develop and change how I acted. Recently, I was asked by a friend to do PR work for the No Man's Land server, and accepted in order to assist in creating a fun environment for players and staff, as well as to foster good relations with other servers. I spent most of this time dealing with fallout from staff putting down other servers and the backlash of players. I left this role due to the attitude displayed from some staff towards other servers. This made me realise that my behaviour on this server towards other players and staff had been unacceptable, and I'd firstly like to apologise for that, especially to Feweh who had to deal with me the most. My attitude towards staff was not correct, and I realise that. Whilst doing the PR for NML, I repeatedly came into contact with Colonial Marines staff. They treated me with unexpected decency seeing my previous attitude to them, and I attempted to return this as well as I was able. I took advice from Apophis during this on how to improve interpersonal communication and work on becoming a better representative.

If the ban is lifted, I intend to keep up this polite and professional attitude to both staff and players. I also intend on ensuring I create no unneeded trouble for either by following the rules and using common sense. I also intend on becoming a positive reflection on other players in order to prevent people from making the same mistakes.

Broke the ID by making an all access ID. Jobbanned for this. Giving him seven days to cool off and read the rules. In the last week, Chaz has shown more maturity than he ever showed in his time playing at CM. He also stuck to his convictions when faced with adversity from his own staff members. I both appreciate and respect that. That being said, his history is notably bad. I am actually in favor of the removal of this ban, but with a probationary period put in place to ensure he maintains the composure he has recently shown.
