Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc):
Went to colony grounds as engineer got orders to build FOB. Spend all metal (other engineer went SSD with tools and some metal). After I realized that no metal will arrive to the planet I used DS1 to get to the ship to get some metal from REQ.
After small IC confrontation with cargo tech I was denied metal, I noticed that there are a lot of metal in REQ. Since I had limited time and did not know correct wires for Ship doors I used C4 to get inside and get metal.
During this indecent I constantly heard over comms how FOB is getting destroyed, so that's kept me IC motivated to break in. When MP were called in I did not resist and pushed rest button.
I believed that my break in would contribute to story.
I realize now that I acted to hasty. I realize that I had following options:
1. Hack it and still probably got PM.
2. Just continue to make a fuss on comm's.
3. Probably best options. Ask admin via admin help first. If hacking/ blowing up door correct course of action. If not do as admin says.
I know that I have tainted history in terms of PM:
EORG's before I knew what it is, incident with b18 (as engineer I took it from dead(beyond resurrection) spec), building defense as SL.
Still I believe that my action were IC and warranted only IC consequences.

Well As notes go:
1) That was in my first round I think or first round on new ship. Breach of RP.
2) Funny story I was dragged in on DS as MP. I was following suspect and got stuck on DS while marines tackled me. Case of un-robust MP.
3) EORG did not know what it is. No excuses
4) I was dual welding revolvers I think. We were loading in pod. Tried to holster revolver - shoot one marine by accident forgot about other revolver swapped hand and shoot another marine or CT don't remember. Minor grief/ff by accident.
5) Yes, got warned after receiving PM immediately took it off and gave to MP. No excuses
6) Well since no info on wiki I tried to test some things. Since I got sigar on me - fire. No excuses. Bad RP. Should've ask in LOOC. No excuses
7) Tried to test axe, no excuses. Bad RP. Should've ask in LOOC. No excuses
8) Poor knowledge of this wiki article. wiki/Squad_Marine. Super close to power-gaming. No excuses
9) IC in OOC wrote down something like that " So that's how I die in stasis under SSD marine". That's IC in OOC alright. No excuses

I was organising ammo at the time but as I recall the RO closed the line and denied you service because you were screeching about an explosives crate not being dropped. I don't remember you saying anything else over the radio. Two or three minutes later, you blow the door and snatch two stacks of metal without a word.

I did argued with a CT he denied me metal then called me grunt, boot etc. Then he closed the line.
No, I did not cared about explosives. I was yelling about not a single drop of metal to the FOB. I did used comms to yell something like this "Give metal give!". If there is some logs I'm sure they will prove my words.
Once again I did not cared about explosives. And once again I did used C4 becouse I wanted to get on DS1 Asap. FOB had minimal defenses.
Also once I was arrested I yelled over comm's that I'm being arrested for stealing metal for FOB.
