Predator Grappling Boost

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Predators are big and way stronger than normal human beings. But what I see is that predators get the same speed disability when grabbing someone or something just like a normal human being. So Allow the Predator to be able to run as fast as a normal marine with armor on when grabbing anything. More so, decrease the time needed for them to get a better grip on whatever unlucky bastard they capture.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
This is healthy lore-wise and will bring great RP and joy to predators who can't honorably fight a human alone because he always sticks to his squad. So instead, they try to capture a prey for a honorable fight by spamming plasma stunning bolts (I've seen predators trying it before and even then the human gets up and runs away). Or maybe throw an alien away from him after getting surrounded. Marines would've to think twice before trying to robust a 7' tall alien who can literally bend iron and not be like UNGA DUNGA I DUNKED A PREDATOR WITH MY MUSCLES!

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
If a predator tries to grab a marine he'll instantly grip him aggressively. The marine will have 2-3 seconds to resist out of his grip before the predator grabs his neck and disarm him. If a marine is already downed, the predator gets an instant neck grip on his target.

Would be nice for predators to be able to throw people around, aslong as we don't abuse it in combat. +1
