Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): Well, I am not including evidence since there are no evidence for what happened. This ban was given while I was the XO in a round where the CMP refused to follow orders and didn't want to arrest people, so I told the MP's to brig him. Those MP's refused and I said I wasn't going to keep working if my orders were not going to be followed.

I locked CIC since the CMP ordered the MP's to brig me for Neglect of Duty, and there was a MP inside, who used the flash on me and STOLE MY ID to unlock CIC and get out and brig me. I ahelped, since stealing ID's goes against the server rules, rain7x told me that he was going to speak with the MP who stole the ID and told me to chill. The MP kept walking, stopping like 3 seconds a bunch of times I guess to write, but kept going towards Brig, so I told rain7x that he didn't follow the rules, and rain7x said ''Yeah, I told him to not steal any ID's in the future'' AND THAT WAS ALL? I was being brigged just because a player went against the rules?

I told rain7x that he should punish or at least get me free since I was there just because a player went against the rules, and since rain7x told me that ''I told him to not steal anymore ID's in the future'' and I noticed that he wasn't going to do anything about it, I just disconnected, cause I didn't want to stay brigged for 20-50 minutes (any amount of time between those would fit in the charges) and when I wanted to connect to join a new round I found that I was banned.

I don't deserve a 3 days ban for ''Awful attitude'', it's just something stupid cause the only thing I did is argue a bit with the mod/admin cause he wasn't even punishing the player or helping me, and since I saw that wasn't going anywhere I disconnected. Did he want me to stay brigged watching the screen or what? This is not fair. Not fair.

It's my first week playing this server, most of the things were things I didn't know

I already had a 24h ban so I already had a punishment for that behaviour you say you are punishing now, just because it seems you would have liked to see me brigged looking at the screen for 50 minutes. Anyways it's cool for you if you enjoy looking at bored people there is a job for you in the server called MP

But it seems you didn't like when I didn't give you that pleasure and disconnected. If I hadn't disconnected you wouldn't have banned me, even knowing that disconnecting / going SSD is not against the server rules

You're new here, so you probably don't know this: but we don't take peoples shit. Being a dick is a fast way to a perma. If you continue the road you are on, expect to be gone. One of the reasons we are so popular and get a high pop is that we maintain a "minimum standard" for players.

And, the MP may have taken your ID, but if he took it to release the lockdown then brought you to jail, it was legitimate. Please read Marine Law and learn about how MPs are not your goon squad, nor do they report to the XO or Commander. They report to THE LAW and primary exist to keep the peace and remove shitlords like you from command.
