What is the score?

Ok so I am curious, I started ss13 and CM was pretty much my first server back in December 2016. Shortly after I joined the forums and found a lot of entertainment in reading ban appeals and what not. Question though, I have never seen in Staff complaints someone actually be right in submitting a complaint. Has a complaint ever been justified or is it just ALWAYS someone being too butthurt?

I just think people who have an actual problem with staff don't really need to post complaints.

There has been some times where people has been justified.

I have to say, the staff here are pretty on point and kept in line. Also, you gotta remember that some people player report staff members, and I've seen at least two player reports on staff members go through.

That's true, the only legit complaints about the staff are due to them not being omniscient, so it's fair.
