Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): The linking of a porn site was a complete accident. I'm a guy I watch porn no shame in admitting it and it link was on my "paste" hotkey. I was playing as alien and as I'm playing I like to use the *roar emote while in combat. However because I'm in combat I copy and paste the *roar emote to avoid pausing for more than a second in a fight. Not arguing anything here Im just looking for forgiveness, it's been almost a year since the ban I seriously not a trouble maker it's an honest mistake.

Can't find the exact copy and paste, although I am interested in what porn sites you're looking at, I don't need it nor do I actually want it. Found it. It appears the Moderator attempted to unban them, and the ban should be expired, unless they were told to re-apply to perma.

Yes I have two Ckeys Chief_Executive and Major Ass. Iv played on the server with both and switched simply for username continuity with my other online accounts. I used Chief_Executive for this because thats the username I had when I registered on this forum. Didn't mean to avoid anything.

What ban would I be evading by changing my name from Chief_Executive to MajorAss when according to TexasTwoStep Chief_Executive name doesn't have any notes on it?
Im intent isn't ban evading, the Chief_Executive account is my original account and I switched names to Major Ass before I receiving a ban not after.

My byond account username literally reads Chief_Executive, it reads like that logging in and when typing in OOC. I don't know where you're getting the chiefexecutive from.

I'v been playing on this server for 2 years, Iv been through its origins, host changes and staff reworks, I love the server. You don't believe me when I say linking a porn site was a mistake, "t ctrl c, ctrl v enter" is the hotkeys I use to do the *roar emote. takes a second to do. However I forgot to change it from the link to "*roar and thinking I did made me not slow down to check and so RIP me. Still don't believe me, there's then nothing I can do about that. I'd still be asking for forgiveness for that one incident.

ERP/Sexual Context has a 0 tolerance policy here. We have players under the age of 18, so for literal legal reasons we can not tolerate violations of that rule or allow players on who have violated the rule in the past.

In case you are unaware, it's considerred "Sexual Abuse of a Child" to force or trick them into viewing sexually mature or explicit material (within the United States). As such, we are bound by COPA to do everything we can to prevent our players from being exposed to that.
