MINOR: S&W Revolver can be Passed to Missing Hand

Bug Description:
If you have a missing hand or arm, and flip a S&W Revolver enough, it can flip to your other hand, disappearing. Dunno what exactly happens to it, but it certainly ain't usable.
Though on retrospect I didn't try putting it in my backpack by using my missing hand on the backpack.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have S&W Revolver
2. Have a missing hand and/or arm.
3. Flip S&W with Unique Action until it flies over to your other hand.
4. Marvel at the disappearing act the revolver has done.
