Bug Description:
As far as I've seen it so far, the Almayer Brig APC in the Security Office has missing wiring leading to the main grid, always requiring an MT to come fix it. It's not a big issue as there's just a small connection that needs to be made, but I don't think this was intentional.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Head to the Security Office
2. Crowbar the floor tiles under the filing cabinets and the door.
3. See that the connection between the APC and the main grid is missing there and APC is red without MT help.
