Bug Description: If you try to wrench a baricade in place after moving it, you'll get 'There's another baricade here' despite the baricade you just pulled beind the only one on a tile.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Unscrew and unwrench a baricade
2. Try to secure it with your wrench
3. It wont let you
Baricades cant be secured in place, after you unwrench them
