Yes, I have been reading them for the past 2 days and thinking on what I might want to create.



Synthetic Character Story (An ADEQUATE description and story of your Synthetics actions and involvement in a previous mission onboard the Almayer):

*I wake up to see my normal pod, and see my clothes I must change into.*
*I change into my clothes and report to the CIC for what tasks I must complete today.*
*I walk into the CIC only to see nobody there, as I process how I must have "woken up" in the first place, I hear the CO behind me.*

"Hello Dandre, how are you?"

*I turn around and see how tired the CO is just from his eyes and general co-ordination in his walk.*

"I am doing good, however you look tired sir."

The CO responds "Indeed I am Dandre, we have a colonial marshal situation on this stupid planet below, the colonists are all riled up and about to start violently assaulting both the marshals AND our marines, we hope you can do something about it?"

I respond "Human behavior is very hard to predict, as well as trying to get them to calm down, do you know the reason why they are protesting?"

He responds "Yes apparently the colonists have not received their wages for a week now."

I say "That would be grounds for disgruntlement. I will do the best I can to negotiate commander."

He responds "Thank you, i'm taking a non-cryo sleep. Please wake me up if things go south, or if it went well Dandre, I trust you to do your best, even if it isn't enough."

*I leave to board the dropship Alamo and board the vessel and strap myself in.*

*We go down to the planet's surface and as soon as I see the doors open, I see at least 20 colonist and only about 2 colonial marshals and about 14 marines.*

*They shout profanities and vulgar language and hold up signs saying "WE WANT OUR PAY" and shouting it.*

*I meet the governor of the colony, he states that Weyland Yutani has had a little problem and has cut their operations and research funding for the week, and as a result has lowered wages and decided to go a week without paying the colonists, but says that Weyland Yutani has promised more income for the research than before what he calls it the "money drop" and wishes me luck on me talking the colonists down.*

*I step up and prepare to talk to the colonists as they are shouting and I ask everyone to quiet down so I can speak.*

*Everyone looks un-happy but quiets down.*

I start with "You may, or may not, have known this, but Weyland Yutani has had a little trouble in their marketing and economic department, as a result you have been de-funded for this week."

*They display anger and start shouting again*

I say "How many of you have games on your device?"

*They display confusion, as do the colonial marshals and the marines*

I say "Trust me, get out one of your games on your tablet."

*They cautiously get out their tablets*

I continued "If you want to, let's say get more money in your game per minute, what do you have to do?"

*Someone slowly raises their hand and I point to them with an open hand, as pointing with a finger is aggresive*

They say as they slowly realize what i'm getting at "You ... have to upgrade it."

I reply "Using what"

*Everyone in the room suddenly seems to get it as the expression of understanding crosses their face*

The man replies "Using money"

I then continue "Weyland has used the money that you would have gotten this week, to improve their budget output. They have also promised to give you raises in your paycheck and increased funding in your research as a result."

*The crowd soon disperses and look of content are across most of their faces, though some have puzzled looks as if something had just had been completely reversed on them*

*The governor of the colony thanks me a thousand times over as I come into his office*

*The marines pack up and leave, unfortunately one of the marines had a broken bone from a rock one of the protesters threw, but nothing I couldn't handle in the medbay of the Almayer, he then thanks me, something the marines rarely do.*

*The commander greets me with a smile*
"You did well I see, the CL also wanted to congratulate you, but had other affairs with the colony to deal with."

I replied "I understand, what should I do now?"

The Commander replied "Well, get some rest, unless you want to help me with paperwork closing this mission."

I replied "I don't see why I shouldn't."

*The commander smiles*
"Alright then, follow me."

*We then do paperwork for the rest of the ... day? I get confused for a moment and then realized there is no night or day in space and closed the argument as irrelevant to my objective of completing paperwork*

*I then go to my pod, undress, go in, and await the next mission*

How do you intend to play your Synth (as in, describe HOW you will act/play your Synth and what support roles you’ll mainly focus on, what is your synthetics quirk)?

I want to play my synthetic as a medical role, with mainly going down to the planet and dragging marines to the LZ if harmed, I see WAY too little of that right now, with a quirk of responsibility, and an aspiration to become a servant type leader instead of a dictator type leader, as well as any other duties I can perform that is required of me.



How familiar are you with support roles? (ie; Medical, MT, Science, SO)

Medical experience: I have medical experience in treating broken bones, organ damage, and many other degrees. It is also my favorite job in SS13, I have always loved to help people, especially people in pain, as i'm also studying to become a pharmaceutical researcher myself in real life.

Engineering experience: I have not been in this field for a very long time, but I understand the current fusion reactor aboard the Almayer. I also understand the need to fix broken windows ALL THE TIME that marines shoot or smash out.

Science experience: There are almost no mechanics in game that allow me to do science, however should an "unknown specimen" arrive I would like to examine it. I also enjoy playing scientist in SS13 as I enjoy science in real life.

Resources (supply): I am very good at this, and I play it regularly in SS13. I don't play it just because I can, but I enjoy logistics, for some weird, odd reason I just enjoy it.




Why should we whitelist you?

Dandre is a name that matches my synthetic, I also have played some High role-play servers and found them very fun and entertaining, my synthetics desire or

"personality trait" is responsibility. It's responsibility literally comes with the name, and strives to achieve a servant leadership type synthetic as described on this website (I was here about a week ago searching for a possible name to suggest to my sister for her baby and found this name to be interesting even though it was a boy name)

Have you been banned from CM in the last month for any reason (we will check, and lies may result in immediate denial)?

I have been nothing but job banned from XO a couple of days ago, probably because I had to go to a concert I was to play at near the end of the round when xenos were boarding and I had to go right then or else I would've been late, i'm sorry for not notifying staff that I was going.
