Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I broke marine law, simple as that. I challenged a marine as the CMP to a fistfight, and if they lost, I would arrest them, however either way I had the intention to arrest them. Harming the marine broke marine law by harming them so, there's that. I understand what I did wrong and I really don't think i’ll do it again.

Edit:I feel like I should add that i enjoyed being a MP and would like to enforce the law once more, except properly this time.

I was the CT he boxed, and I can confirm we agreed to a duel. It's my fault in the way I offered the duel in the first place. It was as he put, that if he won id be arrested as I was on the lamb. It was a long night, but I can see Donable has changed in how he is.

Also, I believe it was called a fight club, but the 3 colonists had showed up near the end of the fight and decided to watch.

I remember this. You and several others were running a fight club. It wasn't a "duel". You guys have several marines in a room with beds watching as you two fought.

When this was happening I believe a few colonist and a marine or two ran in and decided to watch, however there was no intention to run a fight club, just the duel.

Edit: I'd also like to add that I wont be repeating this behavior as a MP if I get unbanned.
