If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned):So I went to hop on the server and got the following message included in the attached screenshots, I haven't played on CM in a good bit, I mainly stick to yog. Not sure if whats in the screenshot is an error code or a c-key, if it is that c-key isn't mine.

I didn't mention it because it's a job ban not a server ban, you can also ask the admin who gave it out, he felt it wasn't needed, it was literally only given out due to a bunch of REV's complaining about me acting reasonable during a REV round, IE locking the bridge down, as the captain you're the biggest target.
Furthermore I didn't attack random people, a bunch of people tried to storm the bridge, I gave several warning and told em to clear out, they refused so I brought the shutters down on em a few times and then let em clear out.

Why was I perma'd I don't play on CM frequently and the last time I did was a good few weeks ago, don't remember the exact date.

1. The form specifically asks if you have bans on any other servers you play on or had them in the past. If you say "no" and you have them, you are directly lying. - grounds for denial of an appeal
2. That ban code is you. It's a system we use to track Ckeys and Dates for bans. It's your Ckey first letter, followed by the date.
3. This appears to have come from a permaban request due to your excessive killing of marines.

I can have this investigated further, but you lied on the appeal, and we pretty much always deny when that happens.

That happened last month and was the only rulebreaking thing I've done, and from what you're all saying it's the only notes I have.

Can you investigate further, because I don't excessively kill marines, I hardly play on this server and I can confidently say that the ban you have on record is the only time I've been banned from CM.

Furthermore as for the lying, again I stand by that I didn't think it important to note a temp job ban, let alone one that the admin that gave it out didn't want to give to me.

Your response to my post isn't acceptable and quite frankly stupid.
You asked why you were banned and I clarified it with further notes on your account.

You also failed to fill out the appeal form properly and now you're arguing with staff.

As well, your perma-ban was requested 3 weeks ago and went through 2 weeks ago.
Putting you in the proper time-span of your note for intentional grief.

This is denied.
