Automatic Emotes Trigger Filter

Bug Description: Automatic audible emotes trigger the "You just did an audible emote. Wait a while." warning.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Get attacked by an alien to the point where you scream from pain.
2. Alien leaves but does not finish the job.
3. Try to call for a medic, cannot for 60 seconds or whatever because "You just did an audible emote. Wait a while."
4. Die

I fucked up something apparently.
Actually can't reproduce. The emote fix I made is working perfectly as intented, the emote cooldown only affects the ones you purposefully type.

It was the round before the update that did the pill/pill bottle thingy and moved pistol pouches.
