Bug Description:
This is probably not an intended feature due to the lack of text warning that you dropped your items, as well as the fact that you drop items in the unbroken arm/hand combo for some reason.
Basically, having one arm break, even if splinted makes you drop any items you're holding in any hands without any warnings in the text box or visual indication other than the items dissapearing from your hand and landing on the floor as if you manually dropped them.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Get pounced by a hunter who causes immense brute damage to your arm, breaks it, and causes internal bleeding in it.
2. Be fully healed by a medic to the point of having 0 brute damage, and a splint on the broken arm.
3. Drop any items you're holding in any hands every 2-15 seconds without any warning in text or indication whatsoever, such as the "cries out in pain!" thing you get with a broken hand. Half the time I only notice when I try to do something with my hands and notice it's gone.
Having a broken, splinted arm forces you to drop items from BOTH hands every few seconds without warning.

The bug is the lack of message. Will be fixed soon.

To be clear, it's intended that having one arm broken and splinted makes you drop things held in the unbroken arm, even if they're onehanded objects?

Yes, it's different from the cyber arm that malfunctions and drops held stuff. This is when pain (doesn't have to be a broken arm) makes you drop stuff.
