Bug Description: Basically as a PMC Smartgunner, You think you're going to fuck some shit up with that amazing smartgun right? Wrong. You can't use it cause your ID says you can't
Steps to reproduce:
1. Join ERT
2. Get PMC Smartgunner
3. Pull out Smartgun on enemy thinking you're going to be cool but realize as you get filled with bullets/slashes and cry
