Description of the incident: When he plays as Commander, every round seems like an antag commander round. He does things that purposefully hinder the marine team and while I cannot name everything, the things he did to me are as follows:
1. While I was CMO he refused to allow me to make or distribute any chems to medics, these weren't even advanced chems, but things like suger-iron pills. Secondly a marine came up after being face hugged and we were attempting to put them in the scanner as they were also injured, he actively hindered the event we were doing and ordered MPs to force the marine out of the medbay despite the medical team trying to do their job on a step by step basis and trying not to metagame. Eventually this marine died in medbay due to bursting from delayed treatment, and I was brigged for the marines death. Another round when I was a Smartgunner he ordered us to gear up, skip briefing and run right to Lamda...which got most of the squad devastated. I understand there is RP aspect to the CO role...and we don't know where the marines are...but he seems to actively do things to get the marine team killed or hemmed up needlessly to the point I don't want to play when he is commander as it goes beyond just being meme fun like with Carson to a genuine headache sense I know for a fact I'll be needlessly brigged or killed for trying to help my team.

How you would punish the accused: Removal from Command ban or CO removal from whitelist as I don't think he should have any power over marines.

I believe I was present for at least part of the round he decided to refuse surgery or throw people in containment cells. What I can personally add to the story is that I was killed on the planet and then revived in the medbay on the Almayer. At some point I had been shot in the chest and there was still shrapnel present in me and once the doctors got around to putting me in a body scanner it showed that I had an unknown body present in my chest. Instead of rushing me to the ER fully knowing what would happen since people had burst earlier in the round I was locked to a roller bed and thrown into a containment cell in research with no treatment. Obviously I wasn't happy about the situation and I started shouting over the radio for an MP to help me since the doctor was locking me in a cell only to have Jack Knight come over the radio and state it was his doing that patients not be treated and instead be quarantined and left to die.

I'm not sure where the admins draw the line between RP'ing and antagging as a CO. To my knowledge the admins appreciate it when you take other's experiences into account when you make decisions on the server so more people can enjoy the game. My guess is that if I were a CO and I ordered one of my SOs to mop the hangar for the entire round I'd probably get in OOC trouble because it would be a dick move even if I was within my power to do it. In my opinion, what Jack Knight was doing fell into this same category where his actions were directly getting people killed and preventing doctors from doing their job.

I did NOT order medical to lock people in the containment cells, medical was doing it on their own, the CMO was arrested for ordering it when a marine died due to that, I informed you that medical was doing surgery for the infected in there, not that I ordered it


Second, I denied the chem distribution of iron-sugar ONCE pre-briefing since a medic managed to go around the checkpoints to reach medical, no other chems were requested that round, the only example of a chem ever talked about that round was iron+sugar

Third, from what I was told, the infected marine was hugged, thrown into a cryobag and thrown onto the dropship, I ordered the MPs to put them back on the dropship once I heard medical had taken them and thrown them into a containment cell, I went as far as having to order the researcher not to do it...until the CMO told medical not to listen to me and threw marines in again, as the researcher later informed me

I did NOT order medical not to do surgery, they decided to lock a marine in a containment cell instead of doing anything, as such, with the above info of hug+cryobag out of the blue, I belived that the researcher had kidnapped a marine for his chem testing, due to a previous conversation where the researcher said that he would need a test subject for his chem mix research

The researcher, who later became the acting CMO once the CMO was demoted for manslaughter, decided to do all infected surgery in the research cells



As for the lambda incident, I seriously dont remember that, I always force marines to listen to briefing, even if I have to delay it due to marines memeing it up in the room

1. It was the researcher screaming to not use the ORs...which I was trying to make him do. It was the RSR the insisted on using the containment cells but that's not really the point.
2. I had to literally block off MPs trying to steal patients of the LOWER MEDICAL DECK before containment cells were even mentioned. The Engineer in question got pulled out of medical multiple times wounded with shrapnel and a broken chest according to their print out, they couldn't even move on their own, though the multiple reports from medical went on deaf ears apparently.
3. We tried to give out Peridaxon to medics once we had multiple reports of organ damage only to have MPs intervene AGAIN on commands orders to the point medical stopped trying to make any chems at all given Jacks hard on for stopping the medical team from doing anything even AFTER /confirmed/ reports of chest bursters.

From what the researcher told me, during their arrest and the appeal, they suggested using the containment cells and you ordered it, which resulted in you getting his sentence, this fact reinforced after my initial orders to stop using the cells and later on you informing medical not to listen to my orders. Along with a full medical team with biosuits dragging the marine in a roller bed around research.

Shrapnel and a broken chest? That was never mentioned or handled, seeing as they got thrown into research cells, and the initial report and reason stated for sending them up, which i dont belive anyone countered, was that they were hugged, knocked out, and cryobagged before being sent up, the reason being that they were knocked out.

I might have told the MPs to keep an eye on medical,cant remember, but I do not remember being asked for permission to distribute peri nor MPs informing me of that being done. Once chestbursting was confirmed, I informed marines of it and actually told them to send any infected up for treatment

My point is that every time I see you as CO it seems to be senseless 'antagging' to drag the marine team down as much as you can.
