Description of the incident: I had joined the round about 30~ minutes in, and geared up, went planetside. After about 10-15 minutes of joining I was planetside and had asked where our squad was located. Pyotr responded to their location, and I took a wrong turn down a hallway and met a dead-end. The second I turned around, a predator immediately uncloaked and began attacking me, stabbing me in my head. I had barely had time to pull out my gun, and I fired off a few shots before I was fully dead by this surprise attack.

Upon reading his predator application it says his main goal is to 'My main goal is to facilitate better RP between myself, Marines, and xenos, instead of being the faceless headhunter that offers not much more than a roar. Perhaps some banter between I and the human prey', but I don't see any form of RP or interaction in this encounter, as it was an immediate and brutal execution basically.

tl;dr I spawned in and within 10-20 minutes of joining the round, a Predator killed me without giving me a fighting chance to fight with no previous interactions with them. His play style varied from what actually happened.

How you would punish the accused: A stern warning, and AT THE EXTREME, probation. I don't want him to be fully removed though, as it was one encounter.

The problem I had with it was how it was uncloaking and immediately attacking me and killing me in seconds. His play-style states he was going to try to interact and RP more, but within 1-2 minutes of me being planetside for the first time, he jumped out and killed me in seconds, with giving me only a split second to react which, as stated, I only got to fire off a few shots.

I understand what you mean, and I get how I was a worthy prey, I guess I was just a little mad at the low RP aspect of it.

Predators are encouraged to follow their listed playstyle but I mean who wants to do the same thing every single pred round, just wanted to let you know that not following your listed playstyle isn't as bad of a thing as your making it out to be.

I can see it getting boring doing the same thing over and over, but this is a medium RP server, and like I said above I was just kinda mad at how low RP it had seemed during it all.

Problem here is you reported them for hunting invalid prey and now that you accept it was valid this report is moot.
