Bug Description: As Requisitions, if you order a M41A AP ammo box, it appears to contain normal rifle rounds instead of AP if you examine the rounds themselves.
This bug was actually brought to my attention by Ellen Rahal.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go RO/CT
2. Order AP ammo box for M41A
3. Take ammo out of refilled mag and examine the rounds
