What I said then was pretty idiotic and childish, the entire announcement is awful and i'm ashamed that people actually had to read that and deal with it. I really don't know what I Was thinking when playing as that XO and certainly wont repeat this.

Yup that's pretty accurate, I do get salty after a few rounds and leave for a bit to do something else otherwise I just find myself not really enjoying playing and I think one of the main reasons behind this was because I only really played marines so a very one sided view evolved, more recently i'm playing alien fairly frequently and seeing that its not just slash decap as it might appear when playing only marines. My metagaming ban is an issue that I've since resolved, I had ordered some engineers as a PO to move turrets to the SD before the non-human alarm. I didn't get them to move them after an OOC announcement and instead asked for a second opinion whilst leaving the turrets there which lead to the turrets being deleted, my actions were not right and I should have removed the turrets and not began preparing for a breach until the non-human alarm even while I was waiting to get a response.

Also the command jobban was from last year not this year.

I would say with that history, maybe we need to wait a bit longer, perhaps a couple more weeks or a month considering you've just had a 7 day ban less than a month ago. Just my two cents

Being the one to talk to him about his command ban from his last appeal I feel like lcass123 genuinely regrets what he did. There has been improvement in the frequency of rulebreaks since his return. I would like to see no more notes for rulebreaks get going forward as part of the command job ban appeal.

An overall improvement of his attitude itls coming along as he learns more about the game. If he can have the ban lifted with the attendum of no more rulebreaks get and a continued effort to improve his attitude I could support this.
