Bug Description:
Randomly, even when targeting the right area, you can 'fail to start surgery' thereby losing all progress. See the following screenshot:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Attempt a surgery step on the right body part in the correct order
2. Gaze and be amazed as you apparently randomly get told that you failed to start surgery
3. Rage and post about it in the bug subforum.
