Got jobbanned from 10 roles, can't play even as SL, even thought i understand i got banned from the same reason half a yeah-ish??? ago for the same reason but i didn't got banned from every head role, which absolutely sucks.

Can i get a reduced sentence or a full lift?

Appealing a job-ban after only four days have passed for anything but going SSD will very likely result in denial, especially so as you were already banned from Staff Officer previously due to the exact same thing and should have definitely have known better.

The only other notable thing is that he has in fact not actually gained any notes from May to September, a whole four months. It's possible he simply wasn't playing during this time, of course.

My two questions to you are whilst you're waiting on an answer, have you been playing since your May 21st 2017 job-ban from Bridge Officer, or did you take a break? And, why did you believe it was acceptable to commit suicide as a Staff Officer for the exact same reasons that you were previously job-banned for last time?

I have college to attend to.

Im not trying to be cheap here i know if this is denied, it will be another 30 days until the next appeal.

Im just asking if i can actually get a reduced sentence so i can play other roles like SL, XO, CE ect...Since i only play as either Alien or head staff, this actually takes half of the game out for me.

Yet you chose not to learn from that lesson and repeated the same thing. What's to stop you from sticking with this same habit and locking up crucial job slots?

Increased severity for repeated offenses is not an uncommon or unreasonable thing. I recommend you let this sit for a while more before appealing for such a recent job ban, and hopefully prove to us you won't make the same mistake.

I didn't just entered the round and suicided, it was a 2 hour round, the round itself ended less than 20 minutes after i suicided.

First time i got banned i'll admit it was just a dick move of my part but this time i just seemed fitting.

i've already said that i wont do this again and 30 days from now there wont be much to say besides asking to be unbanned.

At this point im not even asking the SO ban to be lifted(because it probably wont) im just asking small reduce in the sentence so i can play at least SL.
