You answered "yes" to having been or currently being banned on other servers... buuuut you didn't tell us which other servers you play on.
Why do you want to make us have to do work to unban you?
After you figure out how you want to fix those problems, why don't you try giving a better explanation as to why you should be given another chance when you broke one of like, 3 rules with red text that basically read as 'DON'T DO THIS OR YOU WILL GET YOU BANNED FOREVER'? Right now, your excuse for breaking the multikey rule looks to me like you're saying "I didn't care about your rules, I still don't care about your rules, and I think you shouldn't care about your rules either."
