Your appeal, including evidence (screenshots, etc): I understand what I did was wrong, I will not do it again. I personally apologize and If you give me one more chance I will prove to you that I will not make the same mistake. This may seem like a short appeal and that is because it is, all I have to offer for one is my word and that is something that means a lot to me. I also want to apologize to Robotonic for bringing your administrative abilities into question when this all happened, I had no idea about the protocol for this sort of thing. I questioned your abilities when you were in the right and made myself look like a fool. You have also taken the time to notify me when you had no such obligations to do so, thank you.

Hasn't gotten any notes since, last appeal has several people saying that he's otherwise a reasonable MP player, if a bit low RP. I appreciate that you understand I wasn't job-banning you for the hell of it, this is how we handle these things. You did break an SO's skull just because, essentially, the CMP told you to beat him, which is a serious breach of Marine Law.

If this is lifted you best take the role of an MP seriously. They're one of the most strictly held-to-the-book roles on the server, and low-RP shenanigans can lead to issues depending on what exactly it is you're doing, in this case breaking an SO's skull and flogging them with a cable even if the latter did no damage.

Edit: They've apparently been playing for around half the time that's passed since their last appeal. Gap of not playing between about 25th August and 12th September, fairly active since 12th September.
