Ice causing Delimbing

Bug Description:
Landed on the Ice Colony Map as a Smartgunner, started walking on the ice and for a second or so I lost my entire right leg, the warnings in chat appearing etc. We were marines at the lz1, no xeno's anywhere. Then a second later I was back to full health, with all my limbs, still showing my leg and foot on the ground where I supposedly lost them.
The two attachments are just... well proof that i'm not full of shit. I Ahelp'd it at the time, really unsure what caused it jut know it happened and freaked me and my medic out.
((I'd attach the one with the Text box showing it telling me I was delimb'd but for some reason it's saying my quota has been reached so I can't post it))

Steps to reproduce:
1. Ice colony map
2. run around on the ice, maybe mess with Combat harnass on Smartgunner and deploy and undeploy smartgun

Anything else? Was that at the beginning of the round, first time dropship going on the planet? Did you start with robotic limbs? Any other special thing to mention ? took pills? got surgery? This is a pretty weird bug.

Basically this. First time Smartgunner, dicking around in my room cause I didn't know what to do. Got fitted out. belt or pockets were empty cause I didn't know what to take. Briefing was garbage cause it was late at night and we got down planetside relatively late. small amount of marines. first drop planetside and I immediately get off and walk on the ice as the marines are blocking the hanger pathways and i'm walking back and forth testing my nightvision with the Smartgunners glasses and BAM. Just lost my limbs. then got back up almost immediately saying i'm at 100 and completely fine. Medic ran over as i'm guessing he saw me go down on his HUD. there were no aliens around, Just me walking on the ice and falling over.
I have two robotic ARMS with hands to match uhh. traded cigar for the coif like usual for ice map.
It was a regular start if anything. I was just walking on the ice asap got off the alamo and fell over and lost my limbs. it was before I had the "cold meter" from the ice planet? So maybe something with that.
Sorry but i'm really unsure as it was weird for me. I was just walking on the ice activating my nightvision and two handing my smartgun trying to figure it out and I lost a leg. Nothing more to give. I did punch someone early in round? IC aggression with another marine but they didn't fight back and I just left after two punches so I wasn't damaged by them.
