Bug Description:
Per title. Shouldn't CMO text be enlarged on all maps as senior staff and a department head?
Steps to reproduce:
1. Use the Med channel as CMO on Big Red vs other maps and notice the difference.

Are you sure that there wasn't any script in comms?
I am talking about the script which shows squad names for marines.
(Eg: PFC Marine [common] says '[Alpha] message')
Because such script usually makes CMO, CE and RO louder on their channels
