Bug Description:
Alien Flashbang Hivemind Deafness. When you get Frag/Flashbanged you go deaf to the Hivemind and it takes like 15 minutes to heal since we don't have Medics as Xenomorhs.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Be any Alien
- Get Flash banged
(Optional) Other notes: Annoying snce you can no longer take orders
the alien drone (848) has been robusted with the emergency toolbox by Johnny 'Snowball' Redem!

Confirmed. Assuming this isn't intentional for any reason, I don't see how it makes sense for Aliens to stop hearing Hivemind when they're flashbanged.

It's not just flashbangs. Hivemind functions identical to radio, so anything that would render you deaf (flash bangs, explosions, other loud noises) will knock out your hive mind too.
Source: I lose hivemind as a Queen when I slash RIPLEYs to death or a marine shoots the welding tank he pushed in my way..

Generally I don't see this as being a bad thing.. I see it as a use finally for a damn flashbang unless the deafness is permanent.

Honestly I don't care either way if it stays or goes. It's SUPER annoying, but it's just one more reason for aliens to run away from things that go boom. Just because you can't hear doesn't mean you can use it though, so don't think Flashbanging the queen will stop her from summoning everyone back to the hive if you get a lucky sneak attack on her.
Flashbangs in general just need to be removed IMO, they tend to be a liability to the marines and don't actually stun the aliens that I'm aware of. If they even knocked down warriors for a second or 2, they'd be worth it though.
